  1. CD Alarm 2.1 -- How to get help
  2. ---------------------------------------------
  3. There are a number of ways to get help with CD Alarm.  If you
  4. are having problems with CD Alarm 2.1, you should perform the
  5. following steps to find out how to resolve your problem.

  7. 1. Read the README.TXT file that is in your CD Alarm 2.1 folder.
  8. This file contains important late-breaking information about CD
  9. Alarm.
  10.  
  11. 2. See the on-line Questions and Answers document for the lastest
  12. information about CD Alarm.  You can get to this document from
  13. CD Alarm on the Web, under the Help menu.  If you do not have
  14. Internet access, a version of this file that was current as of
  15. the time it was uploaded is saved as CDMANUAL.RTF in your
  16. CD Alarm 2.1 folder.  You can read this file with any word
  17. processor capable of reading Rich Text Format (WordPad, for
  18. instance).

  20. 3. Check the Product Updates and Patches page--also available
  21. from the Help menu.  Make sure you have the most recent version
  22. of CD Alarm, as each version fixes problems that may have been
  23. seen in previous versions.

  26. to fix them by yourself, e-mail the author at:

  33. report, as this makes it much easier for me to determine what
  34. the problem and or fix might be.
